- When we confirm your service can be connected, you'll receive the expected activation date. If you ordered a modem, we'll configure and send it to you.
- If an installation appointment will be required where you need to be in attendance, we'll notify you of these details via email.
- We'll let you know as soon as your Fibre Broadband is active.
- Once your service is active we'll also debit your credit card or bank account for:
- Broadband activation charge (if applicable).
- The first month's subscription fee.
- Modem and delivery costs (if applicable).
